Holistic Psychotherapy with a Focus on Sex & Relationships

In person in Seattle or via telehealth across Washington State

I support clients through a wide variety of experiences such as recovery from sexual trauma; divorce and resuming dating; exploring sexual orientation; dealing with health issues impacting sexuality; polyamorous and kink relationships as well as coping with challenges of the perinatal period. My therapeutic style is holistic, client-centered and strengths-based and is grounded in emotion and compassion-focused principles as well as somatics. My hope is to create a sense of safety for clients to cultivate compassion for themselves and their intimate partners in order to develop insights into patterns that no longer serve and to develop skills to to approach the many stresses and traumas of life with increased integrity, curiosity and resilience. Warmth and humor are foundational to my approach.

A Focus on Sex & Relationships

I have been in private practice since 2021 serving a wide array of client demographics and relationship constellations. I serve folks of all gender identities, sexual preferences and relationships structures from more traditional dating, marriage and divorce to kink and poly. 

I create and hold containers for folks to identify patterns and dynamics in their relationships, and especially enjoy helping people see the strengths they might not be able to access in moments of crisis.

Therapeutic Philosophy

I view psychotherapy as a vessel for the processes of healing and wholeness. My practice is grounded in both emotion focused approaches and the principles of Buddhist Psychology, prioritizing cultivating deep compassion for self and others.

I strive to create safer, braver spaces for you to cultivate compassion for yourself and your intimate partners. Together, we can develop skills to approach the many stresses and traumas of life with increased integrity, curiosity, and resilience.
